Fall Morning Routine: Clean & Clear, Physician's Formula Products!

Welcome back! I hope that your week was great and that you are ready to relax a bit this weekend. I'm going to be spending my weekend watching the Bands of America Super Regional here in Atlanta, so I'm pretty excited!

I'm also excited that the weather has been so much cooler lately! I love fall and I'm totally your basic girl who loves fall, pumpkin-anything, and boots. With the start of fall comes a little but of a new morning routine, so I'm going to share with you what I do pretty much every Monday through Thursday morning.

I wake up at 8 every morning. I check my social media and reply to any emails. After a while, I finally get up and wash my face. My skin has been pretty rough lately and I've been dealing with more ance than usual, but I've been using Clean & Clear Morning Burst and it's definitely been helping. I also love that this face cleanser is so refreshing! It definitely helps me to wake up. I brush my teeth using Colgate Optic White and then I go back to my room. I make my bed and sometimes I make some coffee. I had a teaspoon of sugar and Califa Farms Hazelnut Almond Milk Creamer. This creamer is amazing and non-dairy. I don't have any dairy allergies or intolerances, but I really like almond milk, so this creamer is my favorite. If I want to actually cook breakfast, I usually go for scrambled egg whites. If I don't want to cook, which is most of the time, I make a smoothie, avocado toast, or grab a banana.

After breakfast, I get in my morning workout! On Mondays and Wednesdays, I do 30 minutes of cardio and then some strength training. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I just do strength training. Friday's and Saturdays are pure cardio days!

So this is where my morning differs during the week. If it is a Monday or Wednesday, I don't have a class until 12, so I work on my online psychology class. If it is Tuesday or Thursday, I have a class at 9:30, so I get ready right after I eat breakfast.

My makeup look is pretty natural-looking. I use Physician's Formula Super BB Cream, Concealer, and Powder. After that, I apply their Super BB Blush and Bronzer duo. I've been using the Physician's Formula Shimmer Strips and Naked Basics 2 for my eyes. I apply a light shimmer shade from the Shimmer Strips Palette all over my lid, a coordinating matte shade from my Naked Palette on my lid, and then for some depth, apply a darker matte shade from the Naked Palette in my crease and a similar shimmer shade from the Shimmer Strips Palette over it. I curl my lashes and use Physician's Formula Lash Booster Mascara (not the extensions part). If I want to add liner, I put that on my upper lash line. I've been using a black liner from Physician's Formula and another from Doucce (it's waterproof!), it just depends on what I feel like using and what I'm doing that day.

After makeup, I do my hair. I either leave it natural and curl a few pieces or straighten it. Like with the liner, this just depends on what I feel like doing that day. When I'm done with that, I throw on leggings and a big sweater or shirt, or jeans and nice sweater or blouse and then I head out the door!

So that is my morning routine! The video will be uploaded in the next week on my YouTube channel, so be sure to check that out! Thanks for reading.

xx,
Amanda
