My Workout Routine

Happy Wednesday! I'm gonna be real right now. I am crazy stressed. I have so much to do and I feel like no time to do it. The one thing keeping me going is the fact that this time next week, I will be in San Antonio getting ready to see my brother for the first time in two months! If you are interested in a blog post about what it is like having a loved one in the military, let me know! It's a wild ride filled with so many emotions, but wow.. I'm so proud.

I've working out regularly lately and eating pretty healthy (with the exception of the occasional cheeseburger from the Vortex). I am working to lose weight and improve my overall health. This routine is what works for my schedule and I finally found a routine that I love and look forward to (not gonna lie though... it is hard to get up and hit the gym some mornings, especially when I went out the night before). I hit the gym early three mornings a week for cardio and then I squeeze in around 30 - 45 minutes of pilates six days a week. I use the Blogilates monthly workout calendar!


Sunday: 45 minutes of pilates
Monday: 30 minutes of cardio, 30 minutes of pilates
Tuesday: 45 minutes of pilates
Wednesday: 30 minutes of cardio, 30 minutes of pilates
Thursday: 45 minutes of pilates
Friday: 30 minutes of cardo
Saturday: 45 minutes of pilates

There you have it! It is pretty simple for me and easy to stick to. What does your workout routine look like?
