5 Places To Visit In Atlanta This Summer

May is here and it’s my birthday month! I’m celebrating all month long.

Okay, I’m not literally celebrating all month long, but I can do a little happy dance every morning, right? That counts as a celebration!

I am celebrating my birthday Memorial Day weekend, since my birthday is on the 29th. I’m just gonna be hanging by the pool and grabbing some Sunday brunch in Atlanta. Nothing too crazy!

Atlanta has such a big place in my heart. It is my home. I grew up right outside of the city and spent my college life right in the heart of the city. I dream of the day that I can move back. I don’t live that far from Atlanta, but there is just something about being right there in the city that warms my heart and makes me feel at home.

If you live in Atlanta or are making a trip to my favorite southern city soon, I think you’ll like the 5 places you should visit in Atlanta this summer! This city has something for everyone!

Skyline Park at Ponce City Market
I love PCM and the rooftop is probably my favorite part! You can sip on drinks and enjoy some food with friends and even play carnival amusement-type games. It is such a cool spot and the view isn’t too shabby, either.

Patio at King & Duke
Even though I’ve got terrible allergies, I love cool, trendy patios at restaurants. I just remember to take my Allegra so I’m not suffering from the pollen! King & Duke is such a trendy spot.

Patio at JCT and Bar
Another cool patio! I love their parmesan truffle fries. Really, you can’t go wrong with anything on their menu.

Piedmont Park
I love Piedmont Park! Perfect place for a romantic picnic or walk. There are always really cool festivals and events going on. It is also a great place to bring your pup! I love enjoying a King of Pops popsicle in the park!

Skyview
Want to get cool views of the city? Skyview gives you great views and is such a cool edition to the city. I recently went for the first time and I understand the hype with this ferris wheel!
