5 Ways to Reach Your Fitness Goals
Happy hump day! We are halfway through this week, so if you're feeling stressed, the weekend is so close. I'm talking about a few ways to reach your health goals! Whether you have just started or have been doing it for a while, these tips are great for anyone. I am currently trying to lose weight and live a better, healthier lifestyle.
1. Plan ahead
Plan what you're going to eat for the week. I usually just plan dinners, but I still make a grocery list. Plan your workout! I use the Blogilates calenders and pick a time of day to workout. Having a set plan will make your life so much easier!
2. Drink Water
Water is a necessity for you body! Do you know how much water you should be drinking every day? Divide your body weight in half. The number you get is the number of ounces of water you should be drinking every day to stay hydrated. For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, you should drink about 75 ounces of water each day. Also, dehydration will often mask itself as a feeling of hunger, so if you feel like you need a snack, you might just need some water.
3. Write Down Your Goals
If you write down your goals, you are more likely to reach them! Tape them to your mirror so you can see them everyday!
4. Get an Accountability Partner

5. Make it Fun
Getting healthy is so much easier when you're having fun! Make your workout fun, look up new, healthy recipes to cook with your friends, and just do whatever you can do make it fun and exciting for you.
