Healthy Food Diary
I am so busy today. I leave for San Antonio tomorrow, so today consists of lots of packing, cleaning, and just making sure I have everything for my few days away. The past three weeks have been nonstop go, go, go and I'm just ready for a day to be able to do nothing but maybe read a book and watch some Netflix. Sounds great, doesn't it?
If you've been following my blog for a while, you might know that I've been really trying to lost weight and while I haven't lost it as fast as I'd like, I am losing a little and that just feels so good. I've definitely had my setbacks and I'm still enjoying Chick-fil-a and a good slice of pizza, but I'm really just being more mindful of what I'm putting in my body and working out. I'm sharing a healthy version of what I eat in a day. Obviously, I don't eat this exact thing EVERY day. Breakfast is pretty much the same most days, but I don't eat the same thing for lunch and dinner. That would be boring.
