Inexpensive Places To Visit In Atlanta

Happy happy Tuesday! 2018 is flying by and I can't believe it.

I know I've been posting a little less, but I'm trying to find a good balance between my new job and keeping up with the blog. I've got a new YouTube video up, so check that out! I really want to get more into vlogging. Probably not daily vlogs, but weekly for sure!

I spend pretty much every weekend in Atlanta because that's where David lives and I gotta spend every second I can with bae, ya know? We are young and living on really tight budgets, but still want to go out and do fun things that won't break the bank. There are so many things to do in Atlanta and I've recently discovered that a lot of things are pretty inexpensive or even FREE! If you're making a trip to Atlanta, here's a few of my favorite spots.

1. The Beltline
I love the Beltline and if you're looking to do something active, this is a good place! There are several "access points" and the trail runs through different parts of the city. I usually park at the Old Fourth Ward Skate Park and get on the trail from there. I love looking at the artwork, listening to street performers, and stopping at different local spots! My favorite thing is grabbing a popsicle from the King of Pops window shop!

2. Rooftop of Ponce City Market
Ponce City Market is cool and for a few bucks, you can go to the rooftop! There are different things you can do and you can get a pretty cool view of the city.

3. Stone Mountain
So this is kind of outside of Atlanta, but also a good place to go if you want to get active. I think parking is like $5, but you can hike the mountain and get a cool view of the city. It isn't a hard hike.

4. High Museum
I really like museums and luckily, one Sunday a month, admission is free! All the free dates can be found on their site.

5. Krog Street Market
This is such a cute little place! Part of the Beltline actually runs in front of the market, so you can stop by and check it out! Superica is really great Mexican restaurant at Krog Street Market that I highly recommend!

What is a place near you that is inexpensive to visit and a must-see! Comment below! I really wanna travel, so let me know some of your favorite places.

xo,
Amanda
