You Need This Minnidip
Summer is here and you know what always sounds great in the summertime? Swimming!
I've never had a pool in my yard, but we've gone through a ton of those inflatable kiddie pools that you can get from the dollar store. They made my 8-year-old heart very happy and cooled me off on a hot summer day.
Fast-forward to today. I was looking for a fun pool that would look in my backyard, give me enough room to lounge with a daiquiri in hand, but also be perfect for Bentley to have some fun in. I'm Aunt Amanda, so it has to be perfect for the little guy, too!
I came across a Minnidip pool from Target. These pools are designed by Emily Vaca and the one I have is 5.5 feet wide and 1.5 feet tall, which is just perfect to chill with David in. It is also the perfect size for Bentley to play around in. Let me tell you... the little guy loves it!
This is the best summer purchase I've made and it only cost me $40! I use an air pump to blow it up, but you can also use a hairdryer on the coolest setting to pump it up. I also bought a tarp for less than $5 to put under it just to make sure something doesn't poke the bottom. Filling it up is easy and really doesn't take too long! Setting it up is quick and simple. When you're ready to drain the pool, I've learned that it is easiest to open the drain and just leave it overnight so it will drain slowly.
